I have just found out about...

3 Vegetables that actually fight belly fat!!

I bet you didn't know that there is a specific class of vegetables that contain very specific phytonutrients that actually help to fight against unwanted stomach fat.

Let me explain what they are and why...

First of all, if you've already grabbed a copy of my new Fat Burning Kitchen Program ( get it here ) then you may already know about how certain chemicals in our food supply and our environment, such as pesticides, herbicides, and certain petrochemicals from household cleaners, cosmetics, etc can act as xenoestrogens.

Xenoestrogens are chemicals that you are exposed to that have an estrogenic effect and excess exposure can cause hormone balance disruptions for both men and women. So these can wreak havoc in the body for both guys and gals.

These estrogenic chemicals that we are eating on a daily basis can cause your body to store belly fat, along with many other problems.

So here's where this specific class of vegetables comes in handy...

One of those cool tricks that Mike teaches in the Fat Burning Kitchen program is that cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, kale, cabbage, etc. contain specific and unique phytonutrients such as indole-3-carbinol (I3C) that help to fight against these estrogenic compounds...

And by fighting against these belly fat stimulating estrogenic chemicals, this can help you fight against abdominal fat!

So there you go... just another excuse to do what mom always told you and eat more broccoli!

I've really learned to like brussells sprouts in the last year too... Melt a little grass-fed cheese on them and some garlic and they're great!

In case you haven't picked up your copy yet, it give's away at least 12 other specific foods, teas, spices, etc that help to combat the xenoestrogens and can help you to burn abdominal fat faster

make sure to grab your copy before the price doubles tomorrow:

Lie to me.........!!

I have to say that I loved the program and am looking forward to a 2nd series! I would love to be able to read people like that.

I have to admit that I have always been interested in body language, simple stuff like how a person crosses thier legs, where they look when talking to you and so on.

Of course theres is one person I can now read like a book ha ha ha and as they say that is all down to experience, maybe I should change my college course to learning Body Language!

Would you like to be able to spot a liar or 'read' a person????

Master Body Language and Change Your Life

Wednesday, 12 August 2009

Hello August!

Well Lammas has been and gone, had a fab time at St Clethers celebrating the festival and was extremely chuffed to have been the one to have baked the bread, which went down very well!

It has, so far been an odd month and I am going to be honest a tough one. In terms of how I am doing I am going to be lay it on the line and say 'struggling', but why??

MOTIVATION!! I am totally un motivated in all aspects of my life, completely lacking in energy and that ooopmh! but then it is sapped by a very energetic and both physically and emotionally demanding soon to be 4 year old!

One thing that I feel really has to change is my eating habits. I really do hate my present weight and physical state, I know that it is is well over a year since I attended the gym and definitely do not get the five a day!

So do I have any takers to come and kick my butt....PLEASE!!!!

To burn or not to burn.....

Oh the cause and effect has bitten me on the butt this week. To be honest it has been a strange and hard time lately. The power of attraction working the wrong way, a karmic kick or something that has caused things to go wrong! Why this has happened I am not totally sure but I have been a tad 'angry' lately

Stuff keeps falling on me from the cupboards, spillages from lose lids on knocked over bottles, my youngest losing the back door key that cost me money to sort out and to top it off a clear up bonfire that wrecked the trampoline!! BUT I did have a sell out in the cupcake stakes, only to then find a huge advert in a local magazine for someone doing the same as I do, but competition is healthy and when it comes to cakes all should be eating it! AND it has made me realise that I can supply bakeries from my hone kitchen after all, so silver linings and all that LOL

I have this week though invested in myself in the form of some training. I do want to be successful in affiliate and network marketing and I felt that the time has come for me to 'read more' and from those in the business who have been there done it and been able to buy the T-Shirt or Ferrari ha ha ha

So I am now another recruit on the Mike Dillard Magnetic Sponsoring program, along with Traffic Formula 2 and PPC Domination. All of which I feel will benefit me (especially in learning about google adwords) in some way big or small. As well as supporting a friend of mine in the business who also has the program and now some commission, as that is what network marketing is about. People work and earn with each other. Like in a regular business you earn a wage for a company who are selling a product or service to earn them money.

If you think of your pay packet as a commission for your services then that is how network marketing works. Often you will recommended your company or it's products to another, by having a turnover you know you will have a job. But what if you not only earn a commission but a percentage of the companies profits, would that not benefit you more each month and make you work that much harder ;-) That is a residual income!

Networking is where you are in fact selling or branding yourself. In this business I want to work and benefit someone who is willing to work and help me benefit my life. I want someone who is there for me to help with a problem or stop me making a mistake.

I now work from home as after running a retail high street store it has almost bankrupted me due to the running costs v lack of sales, my costs now are my time and effort in promoting what I can offer to others. Be it saving them money on their household bills or introducing them on how they can build a residual income. BUT at the root of it all is that I want to see people happy and thriving in what ever they do.

So if you are looking for a bit of self help then check out the magnetic sponsoring course or get yourself a self help book and remember you are in charge of you!

busy busy busy

What a busy time I have been having, yet another farmers market has been and gone. It's funny how my life is being measured in two week blocks LOL. The nutty chino sold out extremely quickly this time round so will do extra of those next time, am thinking of doing a lime based one maybe a play on the key lime pie desert.

Networking has also been high on the agenda, have had a new customer sign up for the utilities and have been promoting some free advertising sites that will work 24/7 to build a passive residual income.

Recently I have been looking at different types of MLM companies but mainly focusing on the free or low cost options. I find that as I spend a lot of time on the internet I may as well make it pay for me. However finding the right business that does not require you to spend a lot of money on for a low or no return on your investment is the hard part!!

Featured this week are the GDI business linked in with hits2you

Hits 2 you offers continual free advertising for your site, so if you need to drive more traffic to a blog or link then check it out. You can earn yourself continual free advertising via referrals or year long free adverts by signing up with GDI

GDI offers the new domain of .ws (website) so if you are finding it difficult to get a .com or .co.uk for your business then grab one of these now! Also you can earn a residual income in the networking business

What I have found with all networking businesses is that the basic product that you are offering must be good and sustainable, if they are not then you will struggle to get people interested in what you are offering both as a customer or business partner.

Fantabulous Weekend

Despite changeable weather it really has been a great weekend. I have indulged in one of my other hobbies of geocaching!

This weekend there have been two events in Cornwall for cachers to meet and put faces to names. The first event was spent on the beach at Crackington Haven, the weather was perfect, food plentiful and the company superb. The Wheelybarrows celebrated their 2000th find, quite a milestone in caching terms!

Crackington Haven has to be one of my favourite beaches, and I do recommend taking your own BBQ as a pasty in £4 at the local!! A bit steep in my book.....

On Sunday it was more of hike to the top of Kilmar Tor for the annual Picnic in the Rain event, and true to his word Birdman booked some rain, and it was just right not too heavy nor a wettning mist! To stand on the Tor and watch as lots of moving black dots became bigger and recognisable was actually great fun. The sherry and muffins were worth the hike! Again regular faces turned up to chat about caching and GPS's and we were even honoured with some (in the world of caching) celebrities!

If you are looking for a family hobby, or if you already hike and walk on a regular basis then I can recommend the 'sport' of caching to everyone. As long as you have GPS then I would almost guarantee that there is a Tupperware box, ammo can or other type of container within a mile or two of your home, go on see if you can find it!

Squidoo!

It's amazing how you can really get into something and feel the need to do more! I have just discovered squidoo! It lets you build what is referred to as a 'lens' which is on a subject that you want to tell people about.

So I have had a go and so far created 4 lenses on topics that I am interested in!

Why not have a go yourself, if you like blogging and writing it could be a nice little sidline as aparantly you can earn money from it!

have a look at what I have done so far!

More Orders....

Well another I feel chuffed post! I have another order today for my lovely cupcakes! These are for a meeting at a well known wonder of Cornwall, and needless to say I am thrilled.

I love spreading joy and smiles through cake, my sister is the same and we are both delighted that this year it is the revival of Afternoon Tea.

I watched my big sis do a splendid talk on the history of this very British tradition, and the fact that it stemmed from women being able to release themselves from thier corsets before dressing for dinner. It also meant that they could swan around in what was to become 'lingerie' and have gentlemen callers!

I feel a lens on Afternoon tea coming on!!!

Cupcakes and Celebrities!

A very exciting day for me today in two ways, Firstly it being my first time at a Farmers Market selling my lovely cupcakes! Last night I had a major 'iceathon' which took me into the wee small hours but I had produced many of the following scrumptious flavours

Red Velvet with Mascarpone
Vanilla with Lemon & Pistachio
Lemon Poppy Seed with Lemon & Lime
Chocolate Noodle Doodles
Vanilla Cherry Dream
Lemon Sunflowers
Vanilla Butter cream Sundaes and Flowers
Blueberry Muffins

SO imagine my excitement for the second big thing when none other than the lovely Dawn French bought one of my cupcakes. Of course at the moment Ms French and Ms Saunder's are doing some great videos for a major utilities company, entertaining and highly amusing! I was thrilled to meet her as I do love her type of comedy and have enjoyed many a night in laughing my socks off!

Anyway, back to the cupcakes 130 of them are now being enjoyed in the local area and I have had requests for different flavours and to please come back. So despite a very late night and sore back I think I shall do more. Despite being hard work I thoroughly enjoyed seeing how much people liked them today.

Of course should you like to try one of them I am happy to pop round with a selection and at the same time introduce the benefits of being a Club member ;-)

put the kettle on.........

Beautiful Campsite

For the first time in ages I went camping this weekend in a tent, now normally I have a beloved VW camper called ‘wiggle’, but sadly he is off the road at the moment awaiting a change of engine.

SO out came the old tent and off Iwent with my youngest who adores camping in all forms!

We had a blast, little man ran round like a lunatic! The campsite I highly recommend and if you are coming down to Cornwall it is well worth considering. Just outside of Lostwithiel tucked away is called Eden Vally Campsite (http://www.edenvalleyholidaypark.co.uk/), and it has all the usual offerings from static caravans, luxury lodges, motor homes and tents with or without electric, for two people including power it came to £11 a night, which I though was jolly reasonable.

The children’s play area is superb and all other amenities were clean and modern.

Despite the drizzle we still had the BBQ out and had a thoroughly chilled out evening.

Laws of Attraction

Being a firm believer the Laws of Attraction I feel that you make your own luck. So I am delighted to have finally got a 'biggie' on the competition stakes.

I enter lots of online and magazine competitions with the old adage that you have to be in it to win it. Imagine my delight that at the beginning of the month I won £70, then a few days ago I won a further £50 courtesy of active kids voucher (it really does pay to enter the online draw) And then yesterday the magic call.

Courtesy of the Underwater Channel I am the extremely chuffed and excited winner of the diving holiday in Dahab at a 5* hotel resort. Thrilled is an understatement!

Think Positive and positive things will happen, dwell on the negative and guess what, you will be!

being organised....

I hold my hand up to being one of the least most organised people ever! Couple this with being a terrible hoarder and you can imagine the chaotic household I have.

Being an avid recycler means that I know have developed a real problem of not being able to throw anything away. I do organise it into its various categories though in an allotted space. Having to separate everything out can be a chore and often things may get missed or put in the wrong place. Keeping on top of things takes effort but eventually it all ends up outside and off to the depot. Sometimes though I miss recycling days and this can cause a bit of a storage problem!!

So naturally anything that can make things simpler for me are a godsend, and this is where having one single bill for all of my household utilities helps! It keeps things streamlined and easy. Of course this also means I only have to worry about one direct debit each month making my budgeting simple. A bill does not get overlooked and late payment which often incur those nasty charges are a thing of the past.

Further peace of mind comes with their 'triple price promise', meaning that I dont have to worry about constantly keeping on top of the best deal, I am safe in the knowledge that I already have it!

Would your household benefit from a bit of simple billing?

Extra phone line for just £2 a month

An Internet Phone Line is just like a normal phone line in every way, except that it works through a broadband connection.

There's no engineer visit involved, no software to install, no extra hassle - just a little adaptor that you plug into your broadband router, and you're away!

It costs just £2 per month per line. You can have two extra lines if you like (you must decide when you sign up - we can not add an extra line later). Connection costs a one-off £50 whether you choose one line or two. This is much cheaper than a standard phone line from BT!

You can plug the adaptor into any broadband connection, anywhere in the world, and it works exactly as if you were at home - including the number (no international codes needed) and the cost of the calls (Home Phone Tariff and "Free Global Calls" apply as if you were in the UK)!

Calls are charged on our Home Phone tariff - and you benefit from our "Free Global Calls" in the usual way.

Free £50!!

A very welcome e-mail was waiting for me in my inbox today, after doing my weekly shopping at Sainsburys (using my cashback card of course) I collected the Active Kids vouchers. The cashier pointed out to me that if I go online I can enter the codes on the two vouchers into a draw to win £50 of shopping, so yesterday I finally got around to doing just that. Today in my inbox was an e-mail informing me that I have won £50 of shopping!

So not only have I got my 5% cashback on the original shopping I now have £50 to spend free, now that is what I call savings!

By listening to some friendly advice I am now £50 better off.

Need to raise funds for your charity, sports club, school....

or anything that needs an ongoing financial aid!!

Your Supporters' Bills Can Make A Difference

The Community Fundraiser is a great new scheme which means that up to 5% of the value of your supporters' household bills will be donated to Your Organisation.

What do your supporters have to do?

Nothing!

Well - they have to make one phone call to a freephone number.

And then - nothing!

One phone call and then your organisation will be raising money every time one of your supporters switches on their TV, cooks dinner, texts a friend or checks their emails. And at the same time they'll be saving money on their bills!

Who's Behind The Community Fundraiser Scheme?

The scheme is being run by The Utility Warehouse Discount Club, part of Telecom plus PLC, one of the UK's leading public companies. They provide over 200,000 UK homes and businesses with everyday utilities, like phone, internet, mobile phone, electricity and gas. They're reliable, great value and simple - and best of all you get the whole lot on one bill. An easy bill that makes a big difference.

How Does It Work?

Here's how it works. Your supporters join the Utility Warehouse as a customer, and your organisation will receive up to 5% of the value of their bill, every month. That's it!

Contact me for details of how to join!

Who can become a distributor?

I am often asked this question and to be honest this business is open to anyone. Now I know you may hear that a lot, but it is a fact. There are many different people from all walks of life working in Network Marketing Businesses, from single mums to fireman and doctors! All it takes is a little activity on a daily basis, handing out a business card, networking or a big event as win a mini day! One big advantage is that the training is free and you can attend the same training as many times as you like to keep on top of new ideas that come along.

Of course I am not saying that it is a walk in the park you get out of it what you put into it! Like anything in life.....

click on the link 'Business Opportunity' to find out more and then e-mail or call me. I am happy to call you back and it may be the best call you ever make and I promise just clear information, no hidden facts and no obligations...

Personal Customer Experience

I first discovered how to get cheaper calls when my father became a distributor back when they began in the late 90's. Early days meant all your call were routed through a piggy box!

In those early days this was all that was on offer, oh how things have changed!

The company has gone from strength to strength and from the simple days of merely providing cheaper phone calls they now offer cheaper utilities across the board.

My one simple bill contains ALL my utilities that goes out in ONE simple direct debit. This alone makes my monthly budgeting very simple and as a single parent any form of simplicity is a godsend. But I don't look on this as a gimmick but merely a bonus to also receiving cheaper electric, broadband and phone calls. Peace of mind comes in the form of a Triple Price Promise where they guarantee to be cheaper than British gas and more than competitive with the other 'big 6' suppliers.

Many people still have not heard of them, in fact they rely on people like me telling people like you about them don't let this put you off this award winning company it will be the last switch you make!

Hello World!

Thank you for having a look and following my blog! I hope you find my posts both entertaining and informative and should you want any further details on the businesses that I am involved with then please call or e-mail.

I am fortunate enough to have experienced a lot as both a personal and business customer and now a distributor and associate for the network marketing companies that I am involved with.
