Finally I kicked my butt and took up a fitness challenge, and 8 weeks later I have lost 14lbs in weight and 2% body fat! With 6 weeks still to go I am rather pleased with this, and the fact it has all been done with just diet and exercise, no drugs, potions, clubs or food group cut outs.
So which fitness challenge did I take up?? To me it is one of the best out there on the internet 'Burn Fat Feed Muscle' Tom Venuto is extremely informative and his 5th element has helped me tremendously with this challenge. Over the past 8 weeks I have learnt so much about nutrition, body fat measuring, workouts and more....
